Day 1

We depart the Hotel and make our way to Surrey with a lunch stop at Windsor en-route.

Enjoy some free time in Windsor, before we make the short journey to Runnymede where we check in at the Runnymede-on-Thames.

Day 2

Today we visit the Royal Air Force Museum, London.

Explore over 100 historic aircraft, delve into the stories of the first 100 years of the RAF, and discover the technological advancements that keep the RAF at the forfront of air and space power. The Royal Air Force Museum is not just a museum, it's an immersive journey through time.

Day 3

After breakfast, we make our way to Henley-on-Thames.

Henley’s historic heart sits just a few strides from the River Thames. The main street has many Georgian frontages covering older buildings and among the 300 buildings within the town designated ‘of special architectural or historical interest’ are St Mary’s Church, the Town Hall, Market Place and the 18th Century stone bridge.

If you’re hungry or thirsty or just wish to enjoy the ambience of the town the paved market place offers a number of cafes offering outside seating while in the compact town centre there are numerous refreshment opportunities including locally run tea shops and cafes plus a host of well know restaurants and wonderful pubs some of whom brew their own ale.

Fundamentally Henley on Thames is a town dedicated to enjoying the river. So bring a picnic, pick up a copy of The Wind in the Willows, rent a deckchair and settle for an hour or two at Mill Meadows the pleasant park situated close to the station, just a brief walk from the town centre. Or get on the river yourself to indulge in the full beauty of the location by joining one of the regular scheduled trips.

We have a day at leisure to relax and enjoy the facilities of the hotel.

We say our goodbyes to the Hotel, and start our journey home.

Enjoy a lunch stop in Kingston-upon-thames before arriving back in Sussex later this afternoon.

All Warner Hotels operate a cashless environment. To keep guests and teams safe they will not be accepting cash in any area of the hotel and all purchases must be charged to guest rooms. All guests must register a credit or debit card at reception to set up a room account during their stay for their purchases. This does not need to happen immediately after check-in, this can be done at the guest convenience during their break. At the end of the break all payments will be processed to the card and a copy of the receipt will be placed under the bedroom door on the last night. Warner Terms and Conditions regarding Electric Scooters and Wheelchairs

Warner welcome guests who are Blue Badge holders to bring their mobility scooter to our hotels and villages to use during their stay. To keep all of our guests safe, the guest must be booked into a ground floor room and the vehicle must be stored inside their room. Please note that if the vehicle is over 70cm wide it will be necessary to book a “Wheelchair Accessible Room”. Only 4mph pavement vehicles are permitted within our buildings and the owner must hold Public Liability Scooter Insurance. They will also need to bring their Blue Badge with them, as unfortunately due to limitation on space, we cannot allow anyone without a Blue Badge to bring a scooter inside the hotel. The individual is responsible for ensuring they are capable of safely operating their mobility scooter and for the security of their mobility scooter during their holiday.Warner accept no liability for any accident, loss of damage to the guest or their mobility scooter, except to the extent that such loss or damage arises from our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or sub-contractors.

L.J. Edwards Conditions regarding Electric Scooters and Wheelchairs

L.J. Edwards can take a maximum of 2 electric scooters/wheelchairs per holiday, these must be for clients with a Blue Badge and Public Liability Scooter Insurance (subject to hotel agreement). L.J. Edwards accept no liability for any accident, loss of damage to the guest or their mobility scooter on a holiday, or when the scooter/wheelchair is stored in the coach luggage compartment. The individual is responsible for ensuring they are capable of safely operating their mobility scooter and for the security of their mobility scooter during their holiday.
