Passports: Passports will be required for this and any European coach holiday. Please ensure your passport has, at minimum, three months before expiring.

Day 1

We depart for Poland via Germany and check in at the Mercure Plaza Hotel in Magdeburg.

Day 2

Continue to the captivating city of Wroclaw, known for its picturesque location on the Odra River. Discover its 12 islands connected by over 130 bridges, and visit the beautifully preserved Cathedral Island, a haven for Gothic architecture enthusiasts. End your day with a comfortable stay at the HP Park Plaza Hotel, surrounded by Wroclaw's charm.

Day 3

Spend the morning further exploring Wroclaw's scenic riverside parks, historic landmarks, and vibrant city squares. In the afternoon, travel to Krakow, Poland’s historic gem and cultural hub, where you’ll settle in at the Hotel Wyspianski, just a short walk from the Main Market Square.

Day 4

Immerse yourself in the beauty of Krakow at your own pace. Stroll through the UNESCO-listed Old Town, admire the grandeur of Wawel Castle, or relax by the scenic Vistula River. Don’t miss the bustling Cloth Hall and the historic St. Mary’s Basilica in the Main Market Square.

Take a moving guided tour of Auschwitz, the infamous Nazi concentration and extermination camp. Learn about its tragic history through insightful narratives and preserved exhibits, offering a poignant and educational experience that honours the memory of its victims.

Discover the wonders of the Wieliczka Salt Mine, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its extraordinary underground chapels, sculptures, and intricate salt carvings. Navigate through its vast chambers, descending via steps, and take a lift back to the surface after this unforgettable experience.

Journey through breathtaking scenery to Zakopane, nestled at the base of the Tatra Mountains. Known as Poland’s winter capital, Zakopane offers stunning alpine views, traditional wooden architecture, and vibrant markets. Take in the fresh mountain air and enjoy exploring this serene destination.

Day 8

Enjoy another day to explore Krakow’s treasures. Visit the historic Jewish Quarter of Kazimierz, home to charming cafes, synagogues, and cultural landmarks. Alternatively, take a leisurely boat ride on the Vistula River for unique views of the city’s iconic skyline.

Today we depart Krakow and return to your overnight hotel in Germany.
